Reviews

AudioFile Magazine...
Green's football story is aided by a cast of more than a dozen people, including several of his family members. Voices for gruff coaches, a scowling bully, an understanding team owner, and trio of pals move the plot along. The voices--young and old--are used well in this production, the story of a 12-year-old, Troy, who has the ability to forecast plays, a special skill lands him in trouble. Frustration mounts as Troy tries desperately to convince people of his football vision. He also wonders about a long-lost father as his mom earns a job with a pro team. Green's enjoyable tale and narration hold a message about the importance of telling the truth. M.B. (c) AudioFile 2009, Portland, Maine
